Bought some wholesale Trex for my deck and they were the square edge and don't take the Trex hidden fastener so I bought these after reading reviews. They work really well and I love that there is no need to pre-drill as there was zero "mushrooming" of the boards... it simply drilled a hole and screwed in. They are not cheap and seems like the big box hardware stores don't carry them (anymore?) so I had a hard time finding a small box to complete the decking (had already bought 2 of the 350 count boxes).
