They will work as described and the brightness is what is to be expected in a small puck light.They did NOT live up to my expectation with remote sensitivity and the battery life.When they are running out of power there is no indication of this. They simply work one time then the next time I went to use it there was nothing. No is dimming of brightness to indicate that they need to be charged. Just nothing. The charging port has me concerned whether it will last or break. That is still TBD.The remote must be pointed within about 5 degrees of the light or it won't work.I'm judging this based on some puck lights (using 3 AAA batteries) I bought a few years ago that work as long as the remote is pointed in the general direction or the signal can bounce off a wall.The would have done better by increasing batter life, and a stronger magnet to support the additional weight. Then charged a little more for them.If you're going to use them a lot then I would go with one that uses 3 AAA batteries and then use rechargeable batteries.The use time is significant enough to justify the added expense of buying rechargeable batteries and the hassle of charging them.I got these I think on deal of thr day or something. I'm collecting items for an emergency kit and these were cheap and I figured I might use them everyday If they work well. Before I go on, one of them didn't work. BUT!! They each came with Duracell batteries, including the broken one. I think i paid around $1.05 a light, which is worth the batteries alone! I didn't even bother returning. I was so happy with them I'm ordering another set. The light is soft, the remotes work better than my expensive lighting system and they are small enough to light any space without annoying wires. When I did use them it was for a minute at a time. Well we’re 2 months in and all of them are dead. Seems extremely inefficient and wasteful to have to buy batteries every two months.I initially got them for under the cabinets in the kitchen, but ended up putting them in the closets. Perfect when I’m up for work and need a little light to find a shirt. I gave a few to my kids as well and they use them as night lights.If you need a pretty dim night light then you will love this.I wanted a small light above my sink and it's not at all what I had in mind.It does do what they say and it was very easy to install I was impressed it comes with more than enough Duracell batteries the price is nearly worth those alone.It's my fault I didn't read better before I bought I just wish I hadn't put the adhesive strip on before I checked the lightThey last for a long time I've had them on for days at a time. At 10% power they have yet to die. I've had them on for over a weekI got these lights hoping to put one in my closet, pantry and under the kitchen cabinet. They are 'cute' if that matters. In the 6 pack I received 2 of the lights couldn't be opened. Both my husband and I tried. You cannot charge them with the cover on. So I wouldn't have really complained about this since it still left me with 4. BUT trying to charge one was more frustration than I was willing to deal with for a closet light. I turned the light off to charge and it would randomly turn on and blink. I ended up returning them and bought another product that I am very pleased with.I bought this pucklight set to install in my hutch cabinets. Even 3 lights in a cabinet was not as bright as I thought it was going to be. However the included batteries were a nice touch (they were Duracell batteries). I will revisit after few months use.Love the concept of it ! Sticks well as. Looks amazing !
