Granddaughter's birthday present. Arrived early, she is delighted with itemI bought the jetson Bike on July 8th and from August 8 it start occurring problems. it is not a value for money. Its handle movement gets stopped in 1 month. The worst part is I get realized when my kid start falling down while driving the scooter, and after digging, I get to know the scooter handle movement is not moving properly. Now, Since The return period is over, So I can't return or refund this.Broke in half in less than 2MoFor the price point, this is a good quality scooter for kids. I'd say it's ideal for kids in the 5-8 age range who are past using a 3-wheel scooter, but not big enough for a larger more heavy-duty scooter geared towards tweens/teens/adults. Some scooters in this price point can be a bit cheap in the way they look and perform, but this scooter looks and functions like a quality scooter. You certainly may be able to find something a bit better if you're willing to spend $70-$100, but this is one of the best scooters that I've seen in the $40-$45 price range. If you want something that is relatively high quality and don't want to break the bank, this is a good option. My 9 year old loves this scooter. It's super easy to assemble and fold - just pull the lever and it locks in place. The lights are LED and built in to the wheels which is nice, especially as the sun sets. It's lightweight, has a foot brake, and is easy to ride. It's a good value, especially compared to Micro scooters.lights on wheels, lights to light up your way in the front is just awesome as it can be.Great colors, they don't scrape off, good quality 200lbs i ride on it, it barely flexes, very sturdy. Kids have been tossing, dropping it around and bouncing off the curbs, did not have a single issue. Smooth riding wheels, you glide down the hill like surfing on water, brake in the back works just fine. What's also great is you can fold it, throw it in a backpack or back of your vehicle, front seat or wherever. Compact and lightweight. I don't how others broke theirs, ours has been used by 3-8 years old range kids. This is not made for adults, or ramp jumps.I've been looking for a scooter for my almost-6-year-old who loves scooting but still has the toddler style with the extra wheel for balance and is lean-to-steer. Most 2 wheel scooters I've found however would be too big for him. This is the perfect size and has been an easy transition. It took my son a bit to pick up this more advanced type of steering but because he also rides a bike it wasn't too bad. Balancing doesn't give him trouble at all but he does tend to forget that it doesn't stand up on it's own and he lets it drop. Luckily it can take some abuse without breaking. It comes mostly assembled but I had trouble figuring out how to get the handlebar up and needed to get help with that. Otherwise it was pretty much ready to go. The color is nice, my son is in a blue phase so he appreciated it. He's been riding it to school and loving it.We have razor scooters, and I was curious to see how this brand would compare. I notice that the Jetson scooter is a little more lightweight. It doesn't absorb road bumps as well. But it's very easy to put together, easy to steer, and it looks cool at night because of the light-up wheels. My seven-year old son is really happy with it, so I am, too.
