The product arrived in good condition, and it works. However, if you bought it for the unique brick-red shade of the boxes in the thumbnail, save your money - this was a standard bright red deck box. The picture is very misleading, and while I'm not personally disappointed enough to return the box or ask for a refund it was still a little frustrating to see I wasn't getting the color I was hoping for.
